Popcorn Ceiling Removal

Per the client's request, we executed the removal of textured ceilings (commonly referred to as 'popcorn ceilings') in two bedrooms. To ensure comprehensive protection of the client's property, we meticulously masked all walls and floors with durable plastic sheeting.

Given the unpainted nature of the existing ceilings, we employed a water-spray technique to effectively soften and remove the textured material. Subsequently, we applied a uniform skim coat of drywall compound across the entire ceiling surface. This was followed by a rigorous sanding process to achieve a perfectly smooth, drywall-like finish.

While this procedure is inherently detailed and can generate dust, we maintain stringent cleanliness protocols to safeguard the client's belongings and ensure a spotless, post-completion environment.
